Our minimum online order is $15.00

 

Payment Policy:

At this time we accept VISA and MasterCard only.  All orders taken on-line are subject to verification of credit. In the event that the order is placed and there proves to be inadequate credit on the credit card account; D.C. will try to contact the customer. However, if D.C is unable to contact the customer, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will not charge the customer’s card until the day of shipping.

 

Warranty:

D.C. guarantees the workmanship of all of its products. The products offered for sale by D.C. are quality products designed for their intended use. D.C. offers no other warranty as to customer satisfaction with the product for their intended or any other use. D.C. does not warrant any other aspect or use of these products.

 

Shipping:

All orders will be filled and shipped as soon as product is available. Shipping will be by UPS ground service or the best method available.  Overnight, 2nd or 3^rd day services are available upon request with additional fees.

 

Backorders & Cancellation:

We at D.C. try to ship your order complete, however from time to time it may be deemed expedient to ship partial orders due to production schedules or other similar factors. Shipping of orders may be delayed to allow complete shipping of the order and avoid creating any backorders.

 

Privacy Policy:

We at D.C. Enterprises believe your privacy is of great importance. We are dedicated to ensuring your complete privacy. The information we collect from our customers remains solely in the possession of D.C. Enterprises.  We do not sell our customer list to ANYONE.

Secure Credit Card Transactions
All transactions in our online store will be encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Any shopper using a browser supporting the SSL protocol can shop with confidence, knowing that their credit card information is being sent safely and securely over the Internet using 128-bit encryption. Almost all browsers nowadays support SSL.

 

Return/Exchange:

D.C. acknowledges that from time to time it is possible that a product may be defective and not removed from inventory prior to shipment. Any defective product received by the consumer is returnable for exchange within five (5) working days from receipt. In order to exchange the defective product, the customer must call D.C. at (800) 858-8437 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon receiving the RA number, the customer may return the product for exchange, but must clearly mark the outside of the parcel with the RA number. Failure to properly mark the parcel may result in refusal of receipt and delay any possible exchange. The customer must also enclose with the defective merchandise, a copy of the invoice, receipt or packing slip, along with their complete name and address information in order to insure prompt replacement.

 

Return/Refund:

D.C. will consider customer complaints with the products and allow for the return of the products for a partial refund. In order to request a partial refund, the customer must call D.C. at. (800) 858-8437 If approval is granted, D.C. will issue a Return Authorization number. Upon receiving the RA number, the customer may return the product for partial refund, but must clearly mark the outside of the parcel with the RA number. Failure to properly mark the parcel may result in refusal of receipt and delay any possible partial refund.  The customer must also enclose with the merchandise, a copy of the invoice, receipt or packing slip, along with their complete name and information in order to insure prompt refund. If all of the above conditions are met, the customer will receive a refund being the value of the product(s) returned, less a 20% re-stocking fee.
